Problem with UTF-8

Hello
I have a problem with the UTF-8 support. I have the orderexport addon and if I export and save the files, everything like ü or ä etc changes and in the file, they are presented like this: Bestätigt instead of bestätigt...
I am in trouble, because a lot of our customers have such letters in their names and it is not pssible to print their names on envelopes like this.

Aw: Problem with UTF-8

solved the problem, even though it is kind of wrong: in the backend where i can choose between the charset ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 i have to take the ISO one even though it should be UTF-8, however, problem solved
