Universal CSV Export - 504 Gateway Time-out

Hi, we have update joomshopping and plugins to latest version and now export is problematic and gives 504 Gateway Time-out from server but also on Universal CSV Export admin "export" button

We use Joomla! 5.1.4 Stable and PHP 8.1.30

It is server related problem?

I try 10 and after 330 rows (Export started, 330 rows saved) stucks and after some time again 504 Gateway Time-out

How this can be solved?? Because we use it for external website to import products from Joomshopping.
Plesk (nginx) - Scheduled Tasks

Also we did not have any problem before Joomshopping and Joomla latest updates.

Hi i did not create any category! The owner did :) I am helping them and the category structure confuses me.
So what is the problem with sub category to inform him not do it again.

i am not sure if it is working.
External website cannot recieve data from the urls above
Both are set on Schedule Tasks (PLESK) and if i RUN them result is

Task "https://www.abc-mobile.gr/index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=importexport&task=start&setting_id=1&id=5&key=" successfully completed in 49 seconds, output:

Url 'https://www.abc-mobile.gr/index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=importexport&task=start&setting_id=1&id=5&key=' fetched
Status: 200

What is the problem?

Check if your file (xxx.csv) has been generated.

Ok this is working for one website but in this case we are talking about they need a live url and they ask this below

We operate a custom system (not cms etc) in which we have to build this mechanism that you mention ourselves
Do you have the option to create a clone of the following url, where the file will not be exported?
