Hi, I am retaking a project from a previous programming team, and looking for explanations why the images do not appear in my store. I have an old website and a new website, where a database migration was done. In the new website you can't see the pictures of each product, in the old website you can. I realized that in the old website the folder in charge of storing and linking the images is /components/com_jshopping/files/img_products/ so I decided to explore this same folder in the new website. Indeed the folder was empty of images. Therefore I uploaded the images that were in this folder on the old site, also to the new site in case that was the problem. Unfortunately, this had no effect. And I realized that the root of the problems is possibly deeper. I have found some symptoms that could indicate that we have a problem with the database migration that was done months ago:
1) The image links on each product have not been imported into the new database, instead they all show a default "no image" image, which seems to indicate that the products appear to not be linked to their respective images. These are my findings because I have already uploaded the images on the server in the proper path, and still no these are not displayed for each product.
2) The product categories in the old site are associated to an ID number totally different to the ID number they are associated to in the new site, on the other hand there are about 90 categories missing in the new site.
3) In the old website JoomShopping uses version 4.6.1, while the new one uses version 4.18.6. I wonder if this has generated some kind of problem?
