- Quick question: Is it possible to sync the status of an order from Joomshopping to Baselinker?
if there is such a possibility in Baselinker - we will do it

hey Thanks, I will check with Baselinker. How about: Or, alternatively: Would it be possible to send out mails when changing the status in Jommshpping through Baselinker? Like you can send out mails when you change the status in Joomhsopping manually? If I set a status in Joomshopping I use Individual text for update order status (in email) to send out info to the customer. If the status is changed through Baselinker, the emails are not sent. Hey Apart from my question above: When I finish the order manually in the Joomshopping Backend (after Payment failed, for example), the order isn't transferred to Baselinker. It would be nice to have these orders in Baselinkers as well. Thanks Rolf |

Sorry, I don't understand. I had an unfinished order, I finished it, so the status was open. I changed the status to paid. It appeared in baselinker. Should I have received a message? In what way? E-mail? Thanks Rolf |

I don't know what I did with the order that was transferred recently, but now all orders that I finished manually and set to "paid" are not transferred. Log attached. Any thougths? Thanks Rolf
