We bought the complement "Export in google adsword" but doesn´t work, I send you an image (1), it´s doesn´t export anything.

Only it export if in category I select "all", but the export it´s wrong too, I only can see the file in japanese ¿?. I atach you one file (Mantenimiento Web_12.csv)

There it is is any documentation?, or Can you help me?

1. Perhaps you have no products in other categories, or no images

2.File cherset utf-8
Use open office for open.

For the problem 1, (the plugin doesn´t export from subcategorie), we have all items with image, I made a test and I have tried export only one item, and the error persist.
For the problem 2, thanks it´s solved!
