Concerned about upgrading from 4.15.1 to 4.16.0

Concerned about upgrading from 4.15.1 to 4.16.0

Hi,

I have a live site and things are working fine. I see a lot of people posting about problems
with the upgrade from 4.15.1 to 4.16.0 plus I don't see any details on how to
upgrade? Normally I just click on the upgrade option and it does it automatically, but it won't do it
this time, so can you please clarify how I go about upgrading to the latest version and
a way to recovery should there be any problems.
