I saw this link to start a cron job
Run crontab with a following link:
http://{your site}/index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=importexport&task=start&key={Security Key}

Is this indentical to use it with XML feed or is there another controller name?
I tried this with "Export automatically", but nothing happens.

Manual export of products:
Manual export of products works fine. But in the data are only main product data. We have products like shoes with different sizes. Sizes are solved with attributes. Is there a way to export the products with all its attributes?

we still can't get working it!

we contacted provider who confirmed, that everything on cron is working fine. we see in log file, that cron job is startet.

we wrote a simple php file which writes some text in a local file, put the php file to /components/com_jshopping/controllers/ and startet it manually and with cron. Both times it workes fine. We tested it with/without parameters. Both worked fine.
Conclusio: cronjob from provider starts and is working fine.

what can we do to get it working?

security key is controlled and ok
export "automatic execution" is checked

supplement:
if I start it manually with the link, csv iso and csv utf is exported, xml is not exported, although it is marked. In browser window it shows "simpleexport simpleexportutf8". It seems that xml is ignored in the list.
Starting xml export from joomshopping menu - option - export is working fine.
