I had previously purchased Universal CSV import for my web-site www.countywidewholesale.com in 2014. I just recently made all the updates on Joomshopping and Universal CSV and everything seems to be fine, except Universal CSV is still asking me for the product key????
I entered the original product key that was given to me and it still asks for it. How can I fix this please.
One thing you should now. The domain used to be www.countywidewholesale.co and we migrated to www.countywidewholesale.com
When I registered Universal CSV, I did so on .co not .com. We have recently migrated to .com and added encryption. Could this be the problem???
