Really sorry but I can not find the entry for the setup of digital products, I have tried yet! But unfortunately the German language is obscure to me.
you can tell the exact path in English?

Hello,

1. Under products-file you can import a "file for sale".
2. This you can NOT see in the shop.
3. If you make now a test order, you see, that the customer has a download link in his mail.
4. but before he can download the file, he must be pay.
5. if the customer had paid the price for the digital product, you must change the order status in orders-update-update status to paid or transmitted
6. after this the customer can download the product.

I think you must inform the customer , when he get the file.
And: You have the possibility to give your customers a sample of the digital product (if consist the possibilty) : Demo File. Test it!

Just one more thing, if the customer pays with Paypal, the status change is automatic? I intend to download or is manual only?
