Dear Webdesigner,
I'd like to upgrade my webshop with some new functions that could make our work faster.
We order the uploaded products from different suppliers on demand.
- On the administration side we would like to add the supplier's name to the brand (Only we would see, the customers don't)
- When managing the arrived orders we'd like to indicate wheather the given product is: on stock, not ordered yet, already ordered, temporarily our of stock, no more available. (status category)
- On the order list we'd like to see automatically diffent colors according to the status of the given ordered products: black if none of the goods are ordered yet from the supplier, green if the parcel can be sent because all goods are on stock, orange if the parcel sending is pending because part of the goods are not on stock yet, red if the parcel can't be sent yet because none of the goods are available any longer.
- We'd like to send the orders to our suppliers via e-mail: the goods which are related to the given supplier and have one of these status: not ordered yet, temporarily our of stock
- We'd like to inform our customers about the status of their order via e-mail
