Extension for automatically change customers group from orders they make?

I'm looking for an extension which is of the Cumulative Discount System type. that is, to see the total of customers' orders and automatically change them to group I will write you with an example so that you understand *)
Customer A. previous month's order total 0€ So it goes to discount groups with all 0% *)
Customer B. previous month's order total 300€ So it goes to groups with discounts: Cases 10%, iphone screens 5%, iphone batteries 0% *)
