Add purchase price of a product to see how much the shop has made in a specific time?

Maybe I am missing something, but wouldn't it be nice to see the revenue of a shop?
If we could add the price that we purchase our goods, this could be done easily?
revenue=selling price-purchase price multiplied by number of items sold.
And then a monthly/weekly statistic to see the revenue of the shop?
Or does this already exist?

When I look at the last month, it says I had 16 orders, but I had 68.




What am I doing wrong?

Looks like certain order status are not counted. Delivered, for example...geliefert! in German.

Delivered orders were also paid and are part of the revenue? Waiting orders as well and sent orders, too.
What do I need to do to see all my revenue, no matter what the status is? Or all apart from open, since they are not paid?

I have tried it now, but it takes the prices including VAT and subtracts the purchase price (without VAT).
It should always take the net prices without VAT on both cases, since the VAT may differ or there may be no VAT at all, depending on the country of the customer.
So it should be net selling price minus net purchase price. Everything else doesn’t make sense, we have customers around the world. Some of them buy without VAT, some of them with different rates within the EU.
VAT is never part of the income.



Both orders marked as red are the same product, my revenue per product is the same. One is going to Germany, the other to Denmark. One time 19% VAT, one time 25% VAT. Same profit, though, since I need to give the VAT to the German and Danish tax office :-)

Old orders do not have information about (netto sell price)

Not problem in update, problem in information "netto sell price" for old order.
