Hey It would be so very helpful if I could tag orders or label them. There is the status, but in my case, I have a status "waiting" for people who have pre-ordered items. But in this list, I can't see which products they have ordered, so I need to open each order. If I could use tags, I would make a few tags with the products they are waiting for and then I could see it in the order list. Any chance? Cheers Rolf |

I would like to have that, too. Or maybe an additional column "products" which can be filtered in backend. |

Create new status .. 'pre-ordered' + see addon https://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/shop/administration/quick-overview-products-order.html ---- or I didn't fully understand the question

Hey Yes, the add-on is a good start, thank you. Custom labels would allow sorting, though. I have created some new statuses, like "pre-ordered" but I would like to add the info which products are in the order. Example 10 people have pre-ordered product A 12 pre-ordered product B 4 pre-ordered product C 5 pre-ordered product D etc. Now product A is back in stock and I need to prepare the orders. If I had labels attached to all preorders, I could filter on status pre order and label product A. I could make different statuses, but this would mean a lot of statuses.... Hope this makes sense? Hey No, no add on for pre order. Which one do you think of? Customer can order product even if it's not in stock. (-1, -2 etc.). I use availability info to tell people it's out of stock and I use add on date available to tell them when it is back in stock: When to order comes in, it gets status "Waiting". So I have a waiting list with all pre-orders. Hope this helps Rolf |

Hey thanks, this doesn't really help. Odering is not an issue, it's all in the backend. I have created this little video to explain: https://share.cleanshot.com/04yZRtjz I habe product in orders, but the list doesn't tell me how is waiting and you can't operate it as well as the order list.
