Suggestion, Plugin for Request a return in Account. In Backend setting how many days after order this request possible (in DE 14 days after order)

Plugin should send an email with the return request to the admin if return possible. If return not possible: error message: the return period has already expired

Question, don´t need voucher or others. Only check return period and message to admin as I described. Is it possible with this addon?

After calncel order - send mail to admin (default shop function) [works without addon]
return period - No such option.

Ok, but thats no what we searching for. We need only a return request. Because order cancelling after "order Complete" is not and shouldn't be possible in our Shop.

we have currently solved this using a form. But it would be nice, if there was a button in the account for registered customers where this request could be made directly within 14 days after order. that´s what I meant.
