Hi I followed the same procedure before testing it on my site locally for not having problems and then I did it on my website online

Locally the changes have worked, but when I transferred via FTP files using Filezilla I had the exact same problem

How is it possible?

I also downloaded the addons Joomshopping Lang Editor but is not the Italian language

Sincerely i don't know whether to adjourn the cache server, my hosting it is Aruba.it

The word that I wanted to correctly translate in the file it-IT.php is

define ('_JSHOP_FROM_PRICE_SHIPPING_FREE', 'da %s Spezione Gratuite');

define ('_JSHOP_FROM_PRICE_SHIPPING_FREE', 'da %s Spedizione Gratuita');

possibly you could update the original files so the load directly from them also because it is a true translation error which could then also be useful for other people

attached I sent the changed file it-IT.php with the inscription "Spedizione Gratuita" instead "Spezioni Gratuite" as is mistakenly present in the official files

P.S. I had to compress it because the .php extension is not supported for sharing on this forum
it_it.zip

ok thanks a lot, now the word "Spedizione Gratuita" is correct

I must now solve the problem of accents that appear in the mail of a status change.

In fact, customers arrive email with such written "&egrave" instead of "è"

How should I proceed?

(I apologize but I had to add this message as a response to another similar post.....now I can not delete it)

In addition to the problem of accents in the emails that customers receive, another very important aspect to change is the template of the same email

Attached you two images: the first image is that of how customers receive e-mail of order status and directions on how I would have preferred to change because it is not professional.

Unfortunately, as you understand, I'm a beginner in the PHP language, and although reading between the various responses of the forum, I can not change the e-mail template.

I think it is not just my problem and, in my opinion I think it is important to adjust this model for anyone who wants to use JoomShopping

In the second picture I attached is the basic template that would be correct
