new installed language doesnt work

new installed language doesnt work on joomla4

Hello
I recently installed joomshopping on joomla 4.0.2. I tried to install this package:https://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/joomla-shop/downloads/languages/JoomShopping_lang_persian_3.2.zip.html?t=1630503613&lang=de from joomla. it doesn't work. So I tried from joomshopping:Install and Update. It worked. and I can see a php file in components\com_jshopping\lang but nothing happend. frontend and backend are still english. In compoonent/options/language I can see 2 langages that installed new language is default.
maybe I forget something.

I try to fix by: Languages Overrides.

You can use this (attached file) for use in joomshopping 5.X to make it Persian language in site view of the joomshopping component.
make a folder with name of "fa-IR" in "site\language\" folder and paste it there.
