FAtal error occurs after install multi label plugin

Hi, i indstalled this plugin, needed that badly. however install i get strange result
1. on search products i get a 1064 _tried to attempt empty label _multi....
2. other products would no longer show.
3. i disable for admin the plugin - at least no more error, but front end same issue
4. disabled plugin frontend - all is fine.

We run on 5.4.1 Joomla

I hope you have a solution for us soonest, as we like to feature products as Label Holiday Specials
