Периодический сбоит аддон Stripe Checkout
У нас довольно часто возникает такая ситуация, когда оплата вроде как не прошла в отчете она отмечается как неоконченная, Хотя на самом деле в Stripe она была зачтена как оплаченная. Соответственно, мы не получаем уведомления о покупке, ну и естественно, клиенты недовольны.
Что на это влияет, можно ли как-то исправить

I’m adding to this post as we’re experiencing the same issue.
We’re using the latest version of Stripe Intents All. Joomla and Joomshopping are also running the latest version. However, we have been observing this error for some time now, even with older versions.

Most orders work fine. With some orders, the customer pays, but the order isn’t completed in Joomshopping, so the customer doesn’t receive a confirmation. These orders appear in the transaction log, but there are no further details; it simply says ‘transaction cancelled’.

Do you have a general solution to this?

I addded a screenshot of the last paymentlog which not worked. Paymentdata.log i don't see, which is the path to get there?
The payment/order id is 2704, in the general orders 4078
