Thumb & Full Img of product not showing

Hello,
when I manually add an image (via database) I'm unable to view the image in the JoomShopping / Joomla back-end.
Reason for manually adding is that I have a mass import of products, via a CSV import but somehow the images don't load all.
(it seems the case when there is an image called name.xl.jpg (with a . ?))

Actions:
So, in the database , a product row, in field "image" I have added
name.jpg

then in the folder /httpdocs/components/com_jshopping/files/img_products, I have files
name.jpg
img_name.jpg
full_img_name.jpg
thumb_img_name.jpg

when I open the product in the Joomla back-end, I cannot view the thumbnail of this product,
and when opening this product page, I cannot view the full image either.

What am I missing?
