attributes value count has limitation

i cant add attribute more than 55 values for a product. how can i add more?
which code or database column should be changed?

i did it but still has problem.
i already did this method and i could increase 20 count. now i cant increase over 55. there is another limitation. my language needs UTF8 so it caused more limitation. i know another limitation still exist.
