550 mail

Since yesterday i am haveing a problem.
Customers can create an account and getting mails from the server.
Since yesterday afternoon if they place an order in the shop i am getting a copy of the order but i get a 550 bounce mail and the customer doesn't receive the invoice.
Problem isn't 1 internet provider but all of them
Please help me out.

Don't understand the answer.
Using Joomshop 4 years now
Since day before yesterday i am haveing this problem.
Changed nothing.
Mailserver settings are configurated ok.

What is the problem?

Sounds strange.

I can mail over outlook, over mobile phone.
Customers can succesfully register.
Only the Joomshop invoice is creating this problem?
If i mail the invoice over from outlook to the customer there is no problem.
Looks like a Joomshop item.
