Transactions are not Being Recorded; Invoices & Notifications Not Sent

I have JoomShopping 3.20.2 installed on JackandJilloc.org.

As of late a few issues have arisen:
1. The cart is processing payments through Paypal, but not recording the orders in the backend.
2. We are not receiving invoices or notifications for said transactions.

I tested with a free item ($0.00) and it worked fine, but when I tested with a payment amount the issues above arise.
The only recent change we made was that we installed an SSL in light of Paypal and Google's new requirements.

I'm not sure I understand the question/response?
Everything was working fine. Now everything's going haywire.

I see the payments in the log, but they are not showing up in the "ORDERS" in the backend.

Nor are notifications or invoices being sent.

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSLVERSION, 4);
change to
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSLVERSION, 6);

I'm change the code,

components/com_jshopping/payments/pm_paypal/pm_paypal.php

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSLVERSION, 4);
change to
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSLVERSION, 6);

but the problem is the same
