Email ist korrekt eingetragen, PDF-Versand ebenfalls aktiv, Email-Versand via Joomla-System funktioniert ...

thank for reply, and yes, it was the same email in the system-config, now i remove it.
But nothing changed, no mail sending to admin and client (the same email)

I think the problem is in your server (or you are using a sender not from your server)

ok, here the solv:

Change mailing option (in Joomla. config Server) to SMPT with authentification
and now it's running well
