When I use the button refresh in the cart the sna-lines are duplicated. Even I don't use refresh in the cart, the line is at least duplicated at the checkout.
I have installed the following addons:

Addon QR Bill - Version 2.1.7
Payment for Usergroup - Version 2.0.8
Addon send copy e-mail users - Version 2.1.5
Addon List Product - Version 2.1.4
Addon Coupon Extra Fields - Version 3.10.1
Addon choice amount product - Version 2.0.0
Addon check the availability of the database tables and fields - Version 5.4.1
