After registration/ login page is not working anymore

Dear administrator,

I created a new website. I recognized that the page is not working anymore after creating an customer account and loging in. Whatever I click on the page, it jumps back to the homepage.
When logging in as admin the page works normally. However, I checked that all pages set to "public". It seems, that the page is somehow not functional fur useres with the status "registered".
Can you tell me what is wrong?

Dear all,

the problem was solved using PN with the admin.

The issue was caused by the privacy consent options of joomla. Joomshopping was not causing the problem at all.
