Responsive - Produkte können nicht in den Warenkorb gelegt werden

Ein Shop, der seit Jahren problemlos läuft, wurde kürzlich auf ein neues (responsive-fähiges) Template umgestellt.
Joomla 3.9.18 läuft nun auf Gantry 5.4.32 mit dem Helium-Template.
Auf Desktops läuft alles problemlos, aber im responsive (also auf mobilen Geräten) kann man keine Produkte in den Warenkorb legen. Klickt man auf "In den Warenkorb", kommt man auf den Warenkorb mit dem Hinweis "Es befinden sich keine Artikel im Warenkorb"
Was ist da los?
Was muss da geändert werden?

Testweise wurde das JoomShopping-Template responsive heruntergeladen und in Einstellungen->Allgemein: Template ausgewählt, hatte aber keinen Effekt...

Nachtrag: In anderen Shops von mir, deren Joomla und Gantry/Helium sowie JoomShopping frisch eingerichtet wurde, hat nicht diese Probleme. Man kann ganz normal mit mobilen Geräten Waren hinzufügen.

Ich wäre für Hilfe sehr dankbar.

Addendum: In other shops of mine, whose Joomla and Gantry / Helium and JoomShopping have just been set up, does not have these problems. You can add goods as usual with mobile devices.

the problem is NOT solved with the domain change and still exists.
Many customers reporting the error again and don't order products.
It's no chache problem, it still exists after deleting all cache data!
Joomla and JoomShopping is on actual versions.

The problem exists ONLY on mobile devices like mobile phones and tablets, Android and Apple.

Please help! Urgent!

When I delete the Joomla Cache (both) manually, it works. For a while.
Ideas?

Shop not works with cache.

Problem still exists.
Cache is disabled everywhere.
Loosing customers and orders every day, only some customers reporting the problem.
Don't know how much customers drop their orders because of the error without reporting.
Please help!

Thats strange. Site works for me on different machines and devices.
Also I got orders from customers today, so it works for them too.
But the error still exists for some customers...

But what I noticed: When you have an old opened tab (esp. on mobile) without reloading the page, the effect occurs.
When you reload the page from the start and then go to the shop, it works fine.
Maybe some issue with SSL?
