Problem with "pagination" ?

There is recently the following problem with the https://www.jouetsdavidson.ch/index.php/magasin-en-ligne
On the firs page 39 products are displayed, 3 in each row. At the bottom of the pagw is link to page 2,3,4 etc. and "END" button (<a title="2" href="/index.php/magasin-en-ligne?start=36" class="pagenav">2</a>). This is the only page where this link on the bottom work correctly: https://www.jouetsdavidson.ch/index.php/magasin-en-ligne

When browsing through products, for example Jouets/JEUX DE CONSTRUCTION (https://www.jouetsdavidson.ch/index.php/shop/category/view/19). This subcategory has 49 products listed, 18 displayed on each page. At the bottom is the link to the following pages 1,2,3 and End. This link does not work correctly nor does it work on any other similar pages. When clicked on it it opens the link https://www.jouetsdavidson.ch/index.php/shop?start=18, which display a category view instead of opening page 2 of JEUX DE CONSTRUCTION.

Obviously the file which allow this to work correctly is corrupted. The question is: could you please fix it. If so I would send you user name and password into the backend of the site with all the right needed.

I know this is old version of Joomla and Joomshopping. But no updates has been going on. It just happened ones she was putting product into the shop. No expanation.

If you have old shop backup: is it possible that you upload that (the program only)? There are around 1600 article in the shop so we are a little nervious to play with it.¨

I have not be in the backend since 2021. There is a women which takes care of pupulating the site. I can see that she has never taken a backup. So I took one the other day so at least the products are save now.

I can send you access into the backend. If you can fix this, I will then start updating the Joomla, Joomshopping and PHP version.

The best to my knowledge there is no plugin for seo. Addons/plugins for JoomShopping = I don't think there are any, just the application.

Look, I'm no computer guy, I created this site in 2020 and since then have not touch it. So what we are looking for if you could go into the backend of the site to figure out what's the problem and then fix it. We are willing to pay for such a job of course.

The problem is fairly abvious to see and was discripted at the beginning of this topic: when looking at products the shop display 18 items on each page. If the item category has more than 18 product, at the bottom are displayed link to next pages: 1, 2, End etc. This link does not work correctly, does not go to the next page but goes to categories.

Go to: https://www.jouetsdavidson.ch/index.php/shop/category/view/19 and on the bottom of that page click on one of those buttons which are suppose to take you to next page. See what happens?

I don't see any problems (in admin area / plugin / component / configuration).

Please don't advice people to write to https://www.webdesigner-profi.de/kontaktformular: They are dead. I wrote to them via their website on the 14. October and again yesterday via e-mail and there is not reply. So that web "service" is dead and not functioning. Too bad that there is no service for the JoomShopping apart from this forum. We have a toy shop which is not working and Christmas season is on. What a service!

It worked fine for a few days after I updated both Joomla and Joomshopping. Now it is back in the error, it takes you to 404 when trying to go to the next page. So the problem just came back.

Fixed in Joomla core.
Problem after update Joomla.

If you want to update Joomla, you need to switch completely to the new version
Joomla 5 / JoomShopping 5
The old version will not be supported.

Thank your very much, yes it works now. We will update to Joomla 4 and Joomshopping 5 but not for now, the Christmas season is already here and we are a toy shop. But in the new year, I would be keen on updating the whole thing.
