Registered users can not place an order

Hi, when I want to place an order as a registered user, I am redirected to the login after clicking on checkout and can only log out (see screenshot) and not place the order. What could be the reason for this?

Problem in your joomla or other component or other plugin.

Try change configuration Session.
Session Handler ... file / database.
Try disable all not standart plugins.

to test folder your server.
and install clear joomshopping.
