Add 20% to all order to the UK?

Hey
with DHL offering to collect all the duties and all the tax from customers in the UK, we might be able to deliver to the UK again.
But since we are not paying the taxes and duties for the customer, we would need to add at least 20% to the net price, if the delivery goes to the UK. Would this be possible?
