Could not instantiate mail function

Good morning,
at the end of an order I receive the message "Could not instantiate mail function."
In Global Configuration - Server - Mail Settings if I click on Send Test E-mail, joomla quietly sends the email, it is from joomshopping, on the order that I receive the error, I noticed that the order is visible but I do not receive the 'email of the order as administrator and neither the customer who placed the order.
The error I get it only with the order, if I try to make a comment on the products as an administrator I get the email notifying me of a new comment.
Could you kindly help me to solve?
