Hey In Germany, we will have a lower VAT for six month. Down to 16% from 19%. If I change the tax rate in options, Joomshopping changes the netto prices and keeps the brutto price. While this is nice for us shop owners, I don't think this is the intention of the new law, the brutto prices should be reduced so that the products are cheaper. Is there an option to choose if you want to change the brutto or the net price when you change the tax rate? Thanks Rolf |

Bei mir klappt es leider nicht. Ich habe die $config->no_fix_brutoprice_to_tax = 0; auf =1; umgestellt, aber es wird immer noch der nettopreis angepasst. Schön wäre es wenn der Bruttopreis angepasst werden würde :( Was kann ich tun? Unfortunately it doesn't work for me. I have the $ config-> no_fix_brutoprice_to_tax = 0; on = 1; changed, but the net price is still adjusted. It would be nice if the gross price were adjusted :( What can I do?  1910.jpg |

Hey I tried it as well, but no luck. Example: Product price: 280€ brutto incl. 19% VAT, netto price 235.29€. If I change 19% in tax rates to 16%, the price brutto stays 280€, netto price goes up to 241.xx, no matter if I have 0 or 1 in config.php. We would need to have 272,94€ (235,29 net price plus 16% VAT) as a result. If I go to setting general, and change display in administration to netto, I get: 280€ net price, and 333,20€ brutto price, which also not what we need. Thanks Rolf |

thanks admin, that was the problem .... unfortunately the old brutto prices are now taken as the new netto prices :( Hallo Rolf, ich habe rausgefunden wie es geht. Du musst in den Einstellungen unter Allgemein deine Preise auf Netto Preise umstellen. Dann werden die nettopreise angepasst, und nicht mehr die Bruttopreise.... Bedeutet aber, es muss JEDER Preis angepasst werden :( denn er sagt nun, dein alter Bruttopreis (in deinem Fall sind es ja 280€ gewesen) sind jetzt die neuen Nettopreise, sprich 280€ + 19% Das ist jetzt echt ärgerlich, es müssen alle Preise (auch bei den Varianten usw) von brutto auf netto umgestellt werden :( Vielen Dank liebe Regierung.  |

Hey I am sorry, but this is impossible. This would mean that every shop running his business with Joomshopping in Germany has to change the prices manually of every single item in the shop, including attributes, and then do this again in 6 months. This is not possible and should not be necessary. @landwehr-3d: Na, das ist doch wirklich Schuld der Regierung, das liegt an Joomshopping. Ich bin gerde etwas fassungslos... Grüße Der Rolf |

hey admin Sorry to bother you again, but this is a problem which is relevant to all customers that run their shop in Germany. We need to have the option to apply the 16% VAT AND keep the same net price. We can't change all the prices manually... Thanks Rolf |

Any script or plugin where you could change that for this time span? I wonder from experience, if all other plugins like Amazon Pay etc. will still work correctly after that?

Das wäre eine Katastrophe alles per Hand zu ändern. Einer unserer Kunden betreibt einen Pizzashop mit Joomshopping mit unzähligen Varianten/Attributen. Wir wissen im Moment nicht weiter und stehne vor massiven Problemen:( |

Ich habe jetzt den Joomshop schon eine ganze weil im Einsatz und habe mich nicht immer wirklich wohl gefühlt, mehr so eine Art Kompromiss zwischen Kosten und Nutzen…. Sei es die mangelnden Umsetzung das ich mit meiner Warenwirtschaft (Wiso mein Büro) die Bestellungen direkt abholen kann oder aber auch das das Design nicht änderbar ist für einen Laien (Ich wünschte mir das man direkt oben, neben dem Bild in den Warenkorb legen kann, ohne das man stundenlang scrollen muss). Aber es war in Ordnung…. Für den Preis was die Software bietet war es okay….. Das jetzt wir deutschen aber so ein riesen Problem mit der Umstellung haben, ist nun der Sargnagel für Joomshopping…. Ich werde das zwar jetzt händisch alles ändern, aber im Dezember nicht mehr zurück. Ich Wechsel nun zu Shopware, da gefällt mir zwar das Backend nicht, aber ich habe alles was ich will. Paypal Plus (ich musste sogar bei Joomshopping die normale Paypal-Api kaufen weil es nicht ging) Anbindung an meine Warenwirtschaft Artikel kann man direkt in den Warenkorb legen Und ganz wichtig, die Mehrwertsteuer wird mit einem klick umgestellt (und da kann ich entscheiden ob der Bruttopreis gesenkt, oder der Nettoverkaufspreis angehoben wird) Echt Schade, ich mochte Joomshopping wirklich gerne, aber ich fühle mich vom Support hier einfach alleine gelassen, und das ist was, was ich als Geschäftsmann leider gar nicht brauchen kann….. Ich wünschte mir wirklich bei Joomshopping bleiben zu können, ich mag die Software doch schon sehr, man hat sich dran gewöhnt….. I have been using the Joomshop for quite a while now and have not always felt really comfortable, more of a kind of compromise between costs and benefits…. Be it the lack of implementation that I can pick up the orders directly with my ERP system (Wiso Mein Büro) or that the design cannot be changed for a layperson (I wish that you could add it to the shopping cart right next to the picture, without having to scroll for hours). But it was okay ... For the price that the software offers it was okay… .. The fact that we Germans now have such a huge problem with the changeover is now the coffin nail for joomshopping…. I will change everything by hand now, but not back in December. I now switch to Shopware, because I don't like the backend, but I have everything I want. Paypal Plus (I even had to buy the normal PayPal api at Joomshopping because it didn't work) Connection to my ERP system Articles can be placed directly in the shopping cart And very importantly, the VAT is changed with one click (and I can decide whether the brutto price is reduced or the netto sales price is increased) Really a shame, I really liked joomshopping, but I just feel left alone by the support here, and that is something I, as a businessman, unfortunately cannot use ... I really wish I could stay with Joomshopping, I like the software very much, you got used to it ..... |
