Discount for user group doesn't work

same question as above...why?

Discount coupons works well, but discount for user groups doesn't work at all. Price stay the same, default.

I have a urgent problem. I installed the addons "Show all usergroup prices" and "Product price User group".
Now what I want is to have a regular price for non-logged-in users who check out as guests and a discount price for members.
After trying things out I got the system to actually show the different prices for the user group "member", but when putting a product in the cart and proceeding check out, the price stays the same even, when after login.

What do I have to do to make this work? At least after step 2: Login the system should recognize the logged in member as part of the 10% discount user group.

But it doesn't. How can I establish this connection?

I looked through all the configuration settings but no set up seems to work.

You mean the plug-in I just purchased, so the prices for the user group can be displayed in the first place?

I'm sorry but that's not an option. Besides I tried and all it does is not showing the prices for the different user group.

Actually I expected a little more effort from your end. I paid more than 300 $ for this joomshopping component and a couple of extensions, so I thought someone would at least try to help me here...
