How to avoid multiply copy of the same order?

Sometimes I have such situation:
one client makes the same order several times. As result, I receive from 5 to 20 emails with the same order!
When I ask customer why did he make so, he asked that there were internet problem (as it seemed to him)
Is there the way to avoid duplicating the same order?
