After updating from JoomShopping-update-3.18.5-3.19.0
it was impossible to to get in touch with jommshopping and my web page turn white, No response
What to do?

Aw: Error when update from JoomShopping-update-3.18.5-3.19.0
Hey I experienced the same problem when I tried to update on the 12th of November. I used the semi automatic function of the back end. I had to use a backup to be able to work again. Now I am still on 3.18.5. How can I update to 3.19? This post says the problem is fixed, but it is from the 17th of October. Does it make a difference if I use the manual install method?
