Conflict with joomla language and joomshopping

Conflict with joomla language and joomshopping

Hi, I have this problem with joomla language and joomshopping.

When i select italian language in joomla site and administration part,in the frontend the label _JSHOP_PLUS_PERCENT_TAX ecc... not are translated and in the backend when i click on component i see a white page without errors.

But when i select a english language in site and amnistration in joomla, i haven't nothing problem.

Why?I want a italian language...
