after update to 3.5.1 and joomla 2.5.1 i can't upload images to products or categories
i tried change permitions to 775 or 777 with no luck
please help!

Image size i tried from 4k to 250k i tried png and jpg not working not for product and not for category tried 777 and 775 permittions on components ,com_joomshoppig,files,Img_category and Img_product and still not working also tried files i uploaded earlier to other categories and no luck. please advice |

the problem resolved. the problem was caused by the tmp folder

Yes please - what was the problem. I am having similar issues. I recently updated both Joomla and Joomshopping to the latest versions. Permissions are set to 777. File size and extensions are correct. Joomla media manager successfully uploading images, but Joomshopping uploads are not working. It seems this should not be a server problem, since Joomla is uploading images without problems. I've checked the php information and it looks okay. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

You should check the file path in the "configuration.php" and joomla option. This path must be the same one. 1. configuration.php: public $tmp_path = '/var/www/xxx/xxx.org/tmp'; 2. Site->option->server->path to temporary files: /var/www/xxx/xxx.org/tmp |
