Good Morning

I have installed Recurring payments and than several problem began:

1. no email has been sent for extend (order confirmation works well)
2. error 500 message when I want to create new order (tcpdf cannot declare tcpdf because name already in use)
3. the programm starts to recreate orders everytime you click on "my account"

can you help me?

The 500 error message occurs, if there is an expired bill and the addon wants to extend the contract. Because there is an error with your tcpdf declaration, the tables can't be setup and the program generates all 5 minutes a new order/bill.

I have the Addon QR-Bill and the regular-addon want to create the new order with QR-Bill what is not working.

Good Morning

I installed new TCPDF / QRBILL. I have generated order with QR-BILL everything is ok.

Later I have installed recurring payments. I setup new order. First email with confirmation was sent correctly (including QR-Bill)

But after expiration I have again TCPDF error. --> TCPDF error: Incorrect orientation: a

and the loop with order generation.

The environment is again available with yesterdays login-data.
