After migrating from 3.10 to 4.27, the database is suddenly missing.

I have installed JoomShopping 5.1.2 directly after the update to Joomla 4.27. But all database data is missing. In the backend is linked correct database.

How do I link the data of the database with the new version?

After the migration to Joomla 4.2.7 I installed all JoomShopping extensions.

I have installed the following

- JoomShopping 5.1.2
- addonProductShipping_3.6.1
- addon-search_plus_2.9.3

This was my procedure

I migrated the existing homepage (negnuja.ch) to a subdomain (j4.negnuja.ch). Then assigned there a copy of the original DB. Cleaned the subdomain Joomla 3.1. / uninstalled what was necessary and then updated the subdomain to Joomla 4.2.7.

Now installed all extensions and then found that the order/data of the DB is not findable.

Do I need to delete the JoomShopping components/modules/plugins before updating from J3 to J4.

I start a totally new attempt.
