1. Any changes in default_config.php or can i used my modfied version also in 5.1.2 @admin? 2. baseprice for graduated prices in this version or in next?

1. What do you mean with user_config.php. Add new file in /config with this name? And line with changes as override?

And after update new added row to default_config.php work in the future? Because I made a lot of changes in the configuration file
