and we can not update them because we can not click install & update

i have turned off all plugins. But with Joomshopping 5.1.1 the website does not run. Only when we turn off Joomshopping 5.1.1 the website works. Joomshopping 5.1.1 is for Joomla 4?

Got the same error at step#4: ".../index.php/produkte/alle-hoerbuecher/checkout/step4"
