Upgrade to Joomshopping 4.16.0 Breaks site

I have just upgraded to Joomshopping 4.16.0 and the site https://digital.maydaygraphics.com - is showing
Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Site now working
Before you ask - I don't have any Cache setup
But site does not work when Error Reporting set to Maximum

We had some customisation work done on the JoomShopping Checkout
Will updating to 4.16.0 overide this?
