Update Joomla or Joomshopping first (Joomla 3.3.6 -> 3.4.5; Joomshopping 4.7.1 -> 4.11.2)

Dear friends,

its again time for an update. I want to update my Joomla and Joomshopping installation (Joomla 3.3.6 -> 3.4.5; Joomshopping 4.7.1 -> 4.11.2; PHP is currently 5.6).
is there a recommended order for the updates? Or can I just update Joomshopping and run the automated update for joomla afterwards?

(And of course I used the search function, but I was not able to find any hint.)
